You may choose to cancel the order at any time up until delivery. If you choose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition received.
If you are would like to return Flaming Mango, you may return the product to us as long as you do so within 30 days after you have received it. If returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item of value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In short you can nearly always return an unwanted item within 30 days as long as it has not been opened, used and is in the original packaging. If you have opened and used it we will not be able to accept the return.
